Pop-up talent is hired through our well-curated method of matching the client and the talent. You can choose to convert talent to a permanent hire (our fee is 15% of a 1-year salary). The payment conditions for the payroll are discussed directly with the talent during the contract signing phase.

You get an invoice from us at the end of every month including talent costs and our fees. You do not need to invoice us.
