Easy Estate is an early stage SAAS startup founded in Lisbon, Portugal aimed at simplifying the real estate industry’s workflows and bureaucracy using the last AI and data aggregation. Our very own Denis is one of the companies founders.
Problem statement
Easy Estate’s founders identified the complexity that real-estate managers face handling every-day property management tasks across multiple platforms as a potential market opportunity. The founders wanted to prove to investors how their unified platform neatly solved this pain point for their identified user-group, and use this to raise a seed round.
Hypothesis
Developing an interactive Figma Prototype will allow the East Estate founders to showcase their integrated solution to investors without needing to write a single line of code. Further, the prototype would facilitate user testing, allowing them to refine their product ahead of development. Taken together, this would enable them to both raise capital and spend it more efficiently.
Solution
Sitemap and Wireframes: RISE worked to produce a comprehensive site map and low-fidelity wireframes, mapping out the user journey and core functionalities to ensure a seamless end-to-end user journey.
Design System: Rise created a design system and iconography style to enable Easy Estate to rapid iteration on the product, while maintaining a unified brand image.
High-Fidelity Designs: The team transitioned from wireframes to high-fidelity designs, ensuring a polished look that aligned with Easy State’s vision and branding.
Interactive Figma Prototype: RISE created an interactive Figma prototype, allowing the founders to demonstrate the product’s usability and its ability to streamline real estate management tasks.
